Summary:
As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the operations team to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of the order life cycle.
The Production Assistant will be responsible for following all orders from inception to delivery including invoicing and reporting.
The Production Assistant works as part of the operations team, and is responsible for all orders and putting together sales presentations based on the client's requests.
The ideal candidate has high attention to detail with a creative idea mindset.
This role is 20-30 hours per week, part-time to start at $22-$25/hour, and on-site.
Responsibilities:
Tracking orders from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy in all steps Troubleshoot and problem solve any potential customer service or delivery issues.
General administrative and clerical duties to assist in timely orders and customer service to follow up with clients Work with vendors to address any supply chain or delivery challenges Assist operations team with sales presentations and provide creative solutions and ideas for prospective and current clients Collaborate with the entire team to meet targets and deadlines on all projects and orders Complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Highly detail-oriented to ensure accurate order completions and timely delivery Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Previous experience in a production environment is a plus High attention to detail Experience with a CRM is a plus, along with any specific experience with ASI or SAGE Previous Promotional Marketing Industry experience is a plus High school education or equivalent experience required; college experience is a plus.
Minimum one year customer service, retail, or other related work is preferred Able to read, write, and speak basic English Job Type:
