You will be analyzing requirements, designing, and executing sound test cases.
You will be participating in scrum ceremonies and software risk assessments.

How You'll Make an Impact:
Design and implement functional test plans and test cases, based on system understanding and analysis of functional specifications.
Work with business analyst and developers to understand requirements and test effort estimation.
Execute software functional, regression, and integration testing.
Report software defects and shepherd them through the defect life cycle to closure.
Continuously improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
What You Bring:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related engineering discipline.
Work
Experience:
3 - 5 years' experience in software quality assurance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Molecular diagnostics testing experience is preferrable.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Work collaboratively and effectively with local and distributed teams.

Compensation:
The estimated base salary range for this position is $89,300 to $122,800 at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
