Electrical Engineer Engineering - Hercules, CA at Geebo

Electrical Engineer

The candidate will be a pivotal member in a multi-discipline team to develop new life science instruments, ensuring that designs meet and exceed performance within budget, schedule and of good quality.
While no two days that are the same, the candidate will work on some of the following tasks in a given day, including but not limited to contemplating architectures, capturing ideas in schematic, analyzing circuits, simulating results, executing or supervising layouts, soldering PCBA, devising test strategies, creating verification plans, conducting experiments, and building prototypes etc.
Interacting with other team members is a must and on a daily basis; witty jokes are allowed and welcomed, but rigorous rules for high design quality is the focus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
