You will serve as a key point of contact for the Core Dx Marketing team leading the coordination of client and team meetings, employee interviews and conferences.
You'll actively manage schedules and travel arrangements, coordinate special events and activities and prepare key documents and reports.
How You'll Make An Impact:
Provides administrative support to the VP of Core Dx Marketing organization, in addition to her US based senior leaders.
Processes purchase orders in a corporate environment through SAP, manages the coordination of internal and external meetings, meeting and calendar management of senior leaders and handling of global travel schedules.
Manages marketing department's internal communication efforts by collecting and organizing information and drafting letters and documents.
Maintains operational knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing personal networks.
What You Bring:
Education:
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Work
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years senior level Administrative Assistant experience required.
Strong organizational abilities.
Clear communication skills.
Initiative and drive.
Proficiency in MS Office and other tools.
Proactive and action-oriented to this role being very collaborative.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $93,000 at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
