About the Job:
Blize Healthcare is looking for experienced and hard-working Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to join their growing team.
Some of the counties we're hiring in our Solano County, Napa County, Contra Costa County, and Alameda County.
Job Description:
RNs are responsible and accountable for the delivery and coordination of patient care and the application of the nursing process, during after-hours and weekends.
The nurse demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments and utilize critical thinking effectively and efficiently with supervision.
As well, the nurse will perform according to nursing standards and is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
Minimum Requirements include:
Must have 1 year of experience as an RN or LVN.
Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
Current CPR certification.
Provide skilled nursing services/interventions by physician orders.
Assess patient needs, plan for evaluation, and modify care to meet skilled nursing interventions' goals.
Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
